Through individuals interviews and surveys, Coach Hallie collects insights from the team.
Coach Hallie compiles and synthesizes data, shares with team leader, and facilitates a team session to unpack the findings.

Coach Hallie will facilitate fun exercises that invite your team members to learn more about each other and build genuine connections.
Together, you will craft a team charter that informs your decision-making processes. The team charter you create will make explicit positive behaviors and shared values for which you can all be held accountable.
